Can I change my plan later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time. If you upgrade, you'll be charged the prorated difference. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment partner Stripe. We also support direct debit for annual plans.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No long-term contracts. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime. Annual plans offer significant savings and can also be cancelled, with a prorated refund for unused months.
How do I claim my business listing?
Search for your business on our directory. If it exists, click 'Claim this business' and follow the verification steps. If it doesn't exist, you can add it for free.
What happens to my listing if I cancel my paid plan?
Your listing remains active but reverts to the Free tier. You'll keep your basic information, up to 3 photos, and 5 tags. Paid features like video, additional photos, and analytics will be disabled.
